**Marketing Communications Manager (Hybrid)**

**Description**

We are looking for a talented **Marketing Communications Manager** in support of **Cummins Power Generation Unit** based out of **Shoreview, MN** location **.** (Hybrid)

In this role, you will make an impact among the following ways:

+ Plan, manage and produce communications and related materials to meet Cummins strategies and objectives, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

+ Create competitive advantage through brand recognition; position the brand to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations; apply brand standards to create a consistent perception to defend the company reputation.

+ Present information from a variety of sources in a compelling message through storytelling to engage target audiences; applying the appropriate tools and media types to create effective, high-quality visual and experiential media.

+ Discover, interpret and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; determine conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously apply statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presenting conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.

+ Leverage current and emerging digital media strategies (e.g. email automation, social media, content management systems, etc.) to influence buyer behavior or target audiences to a desired action.

+ Translate needs, expectations, or asks from customers, stakeholders, etc., into actionable solutions through active listening and intuition; choosing or producing solutions (e.g. process change, tool, product, service, etc.) to meet or exceed the customers’ or stakeholders’ needs or expectations or to provide value.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

+ College, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required.

+ MBA, Master’s in Communications, Master’s in Marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred.

+ Experience in recent/relevant experience of at least 5 years with demonstrated understanding and experience of typical marketing tactical tools both current and experiential.

+ Ability to function as a strategic marketing communication thinker, supporting various key stakeholders working cross-functionally to support and develop of strategic integrated marketing plans.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
