This position will ensure development of high-quality marketing that
helps increase Christman\’s brand equity. Working in partnership with
regional marketing colleagues, Corporate Marketing Director, and Senior
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, this person will
identify marketing channels, messages, and content to support corporate
and regional marketing goals. They will also serve as the regional
marketing leader for our headquarters (HQ) and periodically prepare
responses to Requests for Proposals for new projects. This person will
formulate digital, web, and social media strategies, as well as monitor
and measure digital content. They will combine analytic and
communication skills with an excellent understanding of marketing
techniques. This person must possess solid teamwork skills to
collaborate with marketing representatives from various regions and
disciplines, aligning regional to corporate efforts.\

Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company\’s brand.
Guided by regional marketing leaders, this individual will help identify
opportunities and assist in the development of content that positions
Christman as a sought-after partner in construction.\
Use critical thinking and strategic marketing skills to identify and vet
appropriate marketing channels and opportunities. Whether
public/community relations, digital, email, landing pages (web),
traditional or new media, etc., this individual will help identify
avenues for promoting the organization within a target market.\
Develop and execute HQ\’s regional marketing strategic plan, working
with regional leadership team to identify strategic markets, raise brand
visibility, and increase profitable wins.\
Develop, write, and create custom marketing materials and deliverables
for HQ such as brochures and other collateral materials to generate
client focused messaging, visibility, and brand awareness for the
company in the local marketplace.\
Define and deliver market savvy digital strategy on social media and the
Christman website with continuous maintenance and analytical review
ensuring relevant and engaging content.\
Serve as proposal writer and collateral material developer, helping
balance peaks in demand for services within regional offices. In this
role, lead the development of winning proposals by editing, writing, and
rewriting technical narratives received from multiple subject matter
experts. Make recommendations on compelling qualification/proposal
\”win\” themes and strategies.\
Collaborate with team members to ensure that materials reflect current
best practices for visual appeal, quality writing, effectiveness, user
friendliness, and support of messaging.\
Create/write and project manage corporate electronic newsletter or blog
content, verifying appropriate approvals, content, and images.\
Work with Creative Design Manager, regional marketing leaders, business
development representatives and Corporate Marketing Director to ensure
that brand is consistent across marketing channels, including written
content, graphics, online/digital, and images.\
Create unique corporate social media campaigns, measuring campaign
success. Experience in Google Analytics, digital engagement, and
marketing ROI is necessary to monitor and revise active campaigns.\
