Air India, the Tata group-promoted global airline, has awarded McCann Worldgroup India its advertising and marketing communications mandate following an extensive multi-agency pitch.
Air India’s transformation journey, following its return to the Tata group, its original founder, after 69 years, is being eagerly looked forward to by business and leisure flyers. The appointment comes as Air India has embarked on a five-year turnaround plan to become a world-class global airline by investing in customer service, technology and products.
McCann Worldgroup India is tasked with developing a new brand platform and a comprehensive range of multi-channel marketing communication.
