+ Write, edit and design content for internal communications including email newsletters, executive communications and employee-facing materials
+ Ensure content adheres to brand standards
+ Work closely with subject matter experts and consult colleagues on the best way to communicate information
+ Identify areas of opportunity and work with management to develop new initiatives to improve communications programs
+ Manage communications calendar and corporate communications software program
+ Use analytics to drive improvements and increase engagement for internal communications
+ Meet deadlines or work with management to adjust schedule in a timely manner
+ Assist in other areas in the marketing department as assigned
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ 5+ years of communications experience
+ Meticulous copyeditor
+ Strong verbal communications skills
+ Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
+ Basic graphic design skills
+ High level of attention to detail and adaptability
+ Experience in a multiple deadline driven environment and ability to provide quick turnaround on communications requests
+ Experience with Poppulo, Workplace or another internal communications tool a plus
