We are seeking a motivated Marketing and Communications professional to join our Marketing and Communiations Team. About the job The Marketing and Communications (MarCom) Department supports Taproot’s meaningful work in the following ways: Our brand is here to inspire, motivate, and support our audiences. By clearly communicating why we do what we do, how we are different, what we can do for our partners, and how we show up in the world, our brand framework provides the underpinnings for all our communications. We craft clear, accurate, and consistent marketing assets for our various audiences, including nonprofits, small businesses, volunteers, philanthropic partners, and corporate CSR/HR professionals. We are seeking an Integrated MarCom Manager to manage our day-to-day social media, newsletter, and content strategies. In collaboration with the MarCom team, the manager will cultivate new partners/ stakeholders and drive engagement from existing partners via multi-channel outreach. The Integrated MarCom Manager will be responsible for producing and distributing content that aligns with MarCom’s short- and long-term goals to drive awareness and engagement. This is a critical role in helping to shape the story of Taproot and reinforce the mission and impact of our organization.
