ASBTDC to host two small business summits in NEA - Talk Business & Politics

ASBTDC to host two small business summits in NEA The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University will offer several opportunities in March for small business owners to learn about growing a business. Summits will be held in Cherokee Village and Batesville. At these summits, there will be opportunities for business owners to meet with an ASBTDC business consultant. ASBTDC provides one-to-one confidential guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs. Primary areas of assistance include business planning, financial analysis, market research, loan packaging, growth and expansion, marketing, and profitability. Laura Miller, ASBTDC director, and business consultant Rheanna Branscum, will lead the startup summit in Cherokee Village on Wednesday (March 13). This event will take place at the Spring River Innovation Hub. Miller and Branscum will lead a startup summit in Batesville on March 19. The session will be held at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. There is no charge for the training event or counseling sessions, but registration is required.
