03.18.24 SunWay Biotech and Gnosis by Lesaffre have partnered to create a new ingredient, MenaQ7 Metabolic, featuring the former company’s Ankascin 568-R ingredient.
The new ingredient, which debuted at Expo West, combines vitamin K2 as MK-7 and Ankascin 568-R, a red yeast rice fermentation material that doesn’t contain Monacolin K (statin) which has achieved New Dietary Ingredient (NDI) status. The latter ingredient has been supported by over 130 scientific publications supporting its beneficial role in various metabolic issues.
