Entrepreneurship 101: Tips for Starting Your Own Business

Entrepreneurship 101: Tips for Starting Your Own Business

Back in my early 20s when I was building my third company Spheric, I was unapologetically working 100-hour weeks.

My philosophy was “work hard, play later”.

All I cared about was building my business.

So everything else was put on the backseat.

My exercise, diet, sleep…

Even spending time with the people I cared about.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but my “getting shit done” mentality was at the heart of the problem.

It blinded me to everything else.

I learned the hard way that when you put all your time and attention into your business…

And neglect the other important areas of life…

Eventually, you end up burnt out and overwhelmed.

It’s like crash dieting.

You go all out six weeks before your vacation and lose 20 pounds…

Only to put it back on during the vacation.

The right way to lose weight requires consistency and momentum so you can sustain it for the rest of your life.

The same is true for building your business.

In today’s video, I unpack some of the biggest lessons I wish someone taught me when I started my first business.

And I’ll reveal EXACTLY how I would do things differently if I was starting out today. If you want to learn how to build the empire of your dreams without missing out on what’s important in life, watch the video now.
