Fellowship Purpose:
Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) Professional Fellowship Program*, we are excited to welcome an Integrated Marketing Manager to our national office team. The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a consistent marketing strategy to help create awareness and promote the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA).
Reporting directly to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager will manage the development and maintenance of BBBSA’s integrated marketing and communications calendar, facilitate campaign engagement and reporting while optimizing and nurturing the organization’s ecosystem of paid media, in-kind media, and owned marketing channels, such as social media and email. In addition, the Manager is a key partner in ensuring seamless integration and coordination of organization-led and supported campaigns and activations across various departments.
*This position is aligned to BBBSA’s Professional Fellowship Program, an initiative that engages talented professionals in two (2)-year career opportunities. The candidate identified for this role will be a full-time, benefits eligible employee, fully immersed as a team member and accountable to all BBBSA employee policies and organizational practices. This position is funded for a period of two (2) years from the date of hire. Continuation of the position after two (2) years is based on business need for the role and continued funding.
