What you will be doing
As Team Lead at PRé you create a safe and inclusive environment in which your team and individuals thrive and feel empowered in their personal and professional development. Your expertise will be instrumental in further expanding our industry-shaping influence. We aim to put two brands on the global sustainability map: PRé as a thought leader in life cycle assessment and our flagship software SimaPro as an engaging brand. You and your team play a vital role in realizing this ambition.
Therefore you:
- Show an inspiring vision for the team in line with the PRé strategy.
- Guide people based on clear objectives and key results, help to set priorities and make decisions. Take them if needed.
- Live and breathe the PRé culture, vision and mission. You are a great connector, collaborator, and listener with a hands-on mindset.
- Orchestrate (further professionalization) of team activities, processes, planning etc.
- Don’t shy away from the (administrative) housekeeping activities that come with a Team Lead role. You also create awareness for these type of responsibilities among your individual team members.
