She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee, where she also led contributors at “The Daily Beacon” and founded the college’s first women’s magazine. Prior to joining MoxCar, she was a reporter for the Knoxville News Sentinel. Clouse serves as public relations and marketing chair of Knoxville Area Urban League Young Professionals (KAULYP) and is a member of the PRSA Volunteer Chapter, Young Professionals of Knoxville (YPK) and Front Page Foundation board of directors. She serves as a Knoxville Leadership Foundation Amachi mentor and is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville Scholars in the 2020 cohort and Introduction Knoxville in the Class of 2023. She also is an Alpha Kappa Psi Zeta Lambda alumna. “I love helping clients determine their goals, then finding creative ways to help them reach those goals, and I get to do it with a superb team of supportive people,” Clouse said. “I’m excited to move into this role to continue to grow in skills and experience while delivering excellent service to clients.” Originally from Livingston, Tennessee, Clouse resides in South Knoxville with her boyfriend, Alex Owens, and a Pembroke Welsh corgi named Fritter.
