The Position As Senior Finance Business Partner you will have the overall responsibility for financial management and planning in our business area. This includes: Being the overall owner of our reporting & forecasting Guide and coach business analysts in our financial management model in the area Building strategies and setting financial targets. Implementing financial governance and holding stakeholders accountable. Taking the lead role in planning and coordinating large financial processes. Partnering with department management to develop and drive 360 financial management. In the role you will use your knowledge of financial management to interact directly with senior stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to drive governance and crease value for the business. Furthermore, you will optimise business processes, drive projects, and prepare business cases with financial impact. Your Qualifications The candidate we are looking for has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (e.g. cand.merc, cand.oecon) and 3-7 years of experience driving financial management, planning and business partnering. You have a self-starter mind-set and a drive to identify opportunities and implement solutions. You show a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for work tasks, both your own and in the team. You think conceptually and see the big picture when solving problems across the organisation. You focus on performance and continuously improvement. You are fluent in written and spoken English, as well as a Scandinavian language. The Department Corporate Facilities is part of Finance, Legal & Global Solutions in Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for real estate management, building projects, and facility services throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark. In the Business Finance team, we are responsible for managing and controlling an annual cost budget of around DKK 2 billion and a net book value of DKK 6 billion. The aim of the Business Finance team is to create real value through efficient financial management and strong business partnering. We do this by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. We have a best-in-class financial model and high level of individual responsibility ensuring strong financial control as we move beyond traditional budgeting.
