You will join the beginning of the next chapter of the Zanders’ story : an exciting moment for the business in which Zanders is undergoing a strategic transformation to support the next chapter of success. We aim to build a strategic marketing function that can intelligently support the growth goals of the company.
Currently, activities are operational and tactical (marketing, events, publications) and we need to further develop the measurement of ROI. The focus needs to shift to measurable brand visibility, thought leadership positioning, and revenue generation. You will have the mission and mandate to develop and accelerate this growth and development. The aim is to reposition the Marketing department as a data-driven and insight-driven growth engine. In parallel to this, Marketing becomes a strategic advisor and business partner to the organisation.
You will be part of a team that consists of four professionals: a Marketing Manager with three direct reports and a Digital Marketing Manager will be joining the team soon.
