We are looking for a talented **Controller – Line of Business Finance Director** for our Eaton Cummins Transmission group.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

* This position reports to the CFO and a member of the Finance leadership team of the business.

* Oversees general accounting and internal controls, focused on integrity of financials for three legal entities. Works with the Business Segment Controller to interpret and apply consistent accounting practices. Directs the implementation of recommended changes to accounting practices.

* Manage transfer price and ensure profitability by legal entity are within tax guidelines.

* Oversees, coordinates and support internal and external audit.

* Support and coordinate all tax activities performed by Parent company specialists or external vendors.

* Oversees, coordinates and support treasury, accounts payable and collection activities performed by parents, including managing FX exposure and hedging.

* Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) for each legal entity, and support decision making on capital structure, financing, and dividends distribution based on current and forecasted models.

* Manage service contracts and cross charges between the business and its parents, including HR, selling, IT, engineering, supply chain, financial services, and others.

* Coordinate financial planning and analysis for divisional budgets.

* Directly and indirectly supervises the work of company employees, and services provided by parent companies, including establishment of goals, expectations, and metrics.

* Coaches and mentors’ direct and indirect reports; assigns work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assesses performance and provides feedback to direct reports.

**Education/Experience**

* College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

* Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or similar certification required.

* Significant experience required including strategy, managerial, product, customer, and budgetary experience.

**Compensation and Benefits**

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.

Base salary range: $127,500 – $212,500

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
